There is a cap--Cingular will pay a max of $100 toward any feature, so any feature over $25 is capped at $100 payout. |

MAY, started a new feature comp system in my area... still the 4X face value, but now it's FULL charge back. But they did away with the CAP, so I can get paid $200 for the PDAmax if I sell one. I also pay my employees face value for the feature, but wouldn't charge them back if it cancelled (as I wasn't out any money, and my employees were happier which inturn makes them sell more), but now with the new policy, they'll get charged back(But I pay more 2X now to make up for it). |

It's sad really, I put 7yrs at that store only to see it turn to S##T. I'm in NFL (Tampa) market. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out. I do a few data devices, but not many. But then, I don't get alot of chargebacks either from people dropping features... so it should be better with the new policy, time will tell. Do you have an advertising quota?? Well... not really a quota, but it's either "do it or you'll loose money" ![]() |

Do you know if that new feature comp plan affects the Orlando area? We have several stores there, but I haven't checked lately. |
So, I'm not taking anything they say at face value anymore (well... I never really did before..lol
