Strangely after installing some freeware themes from a site I tough was legitimate I typed the codew to see the phone's serial number and the phone replied ; "Not executed ". Before installing souch themes I already had on the phone an updated F-Secure . I did a reset and now the code works and the phone warns me there is an untrustable aplication on my memory card . When I look at it through the files manager it shows me a sis file with weird name with only 1 kb. Virus?

could be, so delete the file or format your memory card.

dont just install any file...dl the files from sourceu can trust

i doubt it is a virus... but there is also a possibility that it is a spyware...

Dam now my phone doesnt receive calls ( dont vibrate or do anything ) . The caller hears an answering machine . I guess Ill take my phone to Nokias assistance . I jsut hope they know how to eliminate such threats . A really bad start at symbian phones

Is that somehting different from *#7370# or the 3 key combination ( 3 , the green button and the * one while powering ? I did that till it asks me to tell the city I am .

Too bad such a phone with strong capatibilites like this one be scrambled so easy and cat be repaired by the user as a PC . I guess my next phone ( when I ever change the N93 ) will be non Symbian

Now Im afraid that at Nokias authorized assistance they dont be able to restore it . Scary . The horror movie will continue for at least a week
