V3i died..need to revive?

This phone had been unused for a few months. I was just using it for the camera and video feature, as I use a BB for dailyuse.

I went to charge it the other day, and it wouldn't turn on. you would press the pwr button and a faint hint of the light would come up and then then died. I naturally thought it was the battery. I took it to the Cingular store, they swapped batteries and still nothing...

So now I got a replacement unit and have to send back my old one. Is there anything I can do to transfer files from the old one even if it doesn't turn on, ala usb type? Or how can I trouble shoot it? It's not life or death, but I'd like to get some of the vids/pics out. The phone list was on my sim card so they are OK.

You might be able to flash it real quick or something, to see if that would get it working, But i'm not sure. Maybe it's just me, but I don't really think there is much you can do. If it's just some pics, they'll be new memories in the future.
