I cannot seem to get the "call tone" that I set to ring on answer. If I turn the "ringer" off it does not ring at all. If I turn it on it simply rings like an old-fashioned phone. How do I get it to use the call tone I selected for when it is receiving a call?
Also - it seems to have a habit of switching off, particularly when I leave it charging overnight. This cannot be right. I have set the 'auto switch off' to manual. Is this something to 'unset' on the phone or is it a problem I need to take back to the vendor?
