Brew test enabling

I was going through the programming menu of my phone and i went into the easyedge config and found an option for enabling brew test. Which from what i have read makes it so we can move brew games from one phone to another. This was thought to cost $400 to enable brew test. This is probobly nothing and just wasting your guys time but hey i thought it might help.
