lgcu500v question

hey.. i have a lgcu500 that might need to to be replaced.. think they would give me the lgcu500v since thats at&t branded, and they are trying to phase out cingular? or no?

No, they would give you a CU500. The only way you could get a CU500v would be if you upgraded to one, since it has new software. Believe me, you can still get a LG C1300 (from 3 1/2 years ago.) They are trying to sell all the Cingular branded phones before they start selling the rebranded phones.

LOL I was trying to do the same thing when I had a V551 and the V557 had just come out. Unfortunately, all I got was another refurb V551
