Are you talking about the rebranding of the stores? I think it is not really gonna have that big of an effect apart from smart remarks from customers.

yeah lucky me I "get" to work a 12 hour day tomorrow because we're doing our rebranding after the store closes....YAAAAAAAAAY!!!

Come on boys we are prbabably gonna have to live with these Orange and Blue signs fo what six months until they decide to change ou name back to Cingular or until we buy Orange. Did everyone get there orange and blue ATT socks for helping out yesterday?

High on life...let's whip some butt in the next couple weeks, I expect everyone to make at least 40 ROCCS calls a day and sign up at least 3 new business accounts this week!!! Why are you letting little old Verizon and even TMO start catching up with us? Are they better then us? come on let's kick into high gear!!!!

I like how we all got shipped the POS materials, WITHOUT any means to stick them to the inserts in the light boxes! TFF. Then, today, the sticky cubes showed up. 2 days after the stuff was mandated to be put up. So now our choices are to either leave the stuff up as is (the wrong way), or pull it off and re-stick it, and risk ripping some of it. Brilliant!

I also love how Cingular wastes tons of money shipping some stupid little piece of plastic or a flyer that we most of the time just throw out anyway. And they use FedEx or UPS Net Day and put this tiny little item in a HUGE box. Morons...everyone of them in marketing...morons. They are costing the company millions.

Have you recieved any empty boxes? We got 2 last week. I also love how they ship 10 sim cards in a box that could hold 3-4 phones! LOL

am i the only one who cant tell the difference? they didnt even get rid of orange, its just blue and orange. NO ONE NOTICED! one of our reps was on vaca during this, and when he came back he had no idea we had changed stuff.

whats worse than empty boxes?... getting sent double of everything. we got two live bar signs, and like 2 of every one of those little white tetris/CV/whatever squares that go over the phones. why? because cingular likes wasting signage.

Our rebranding took the whole of 1 hour. What's even better than that, however, We just had a DISH training for my agent, and learned NOTHING of how to actually sell or process the sale.

Next day, I get a customer asking me questions about Dish.
Way to lose me money, stupid RAE.

You've got to be a new employee...

I was a manager of a COR retail location and I had a hard time getting all my reps to do 40 compined ROCCS calls per week.

As for the rebranding. I unfortunately missed out on that because it was my weekend off and my manager is cool and didn't make me come in. They actually got it done during the day because we were dead enough.

Yeah, the store really doesn't look much different at all.

I'm actually thinking about going into marketing to try fix how screwed up this companys marketing program is.

My store did all the rebranding, and yet my store is required to sell Dish/DSL, yet we have no brochure or anything to sell Dish with. Oh and did I mention that we also have a Dish/DSL quota? How am I suppose to sell something that I don't even have training, brochures, or something to demo with. Thanks RAE for getting 10% cut out of my next check.
