Is there anyway to copy all phone book numbers from SIM to the Phone or even from Phone to the SIM besides doing it one by one???

On which phone model??

If you have a GSM phone and the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools (MPT) program you can simply back up all the numbers from one phone; attach the second phone; delete any numbers that may be on that phone; restore numbers saved from first phone. Or, you can find P2KTools program; attach phone to PC; open P2KTools; press 'refresh' switch from "P2K" mode to "AT" mode; read phone numbers; store as backup; disconnect phone and attach second phone; restore backup saved from first phone.
