| Everyone is allowed to post in this forum, regardless if their employees or not as long as the posts are respectable to one another. The only type of thread that is not allowed is customers asking direct questions of employees as these threads are more appropriate in the main forum. If we were to lock this forum from other members who are not employees, then in all fairness we would then have to have a "customer only" forum where employees were locked out of. |
Both sides need to remain respectful of each others view points...and, at times, we may have to just agree to disagree.

The question was posed to other employees, not customers who "think" they know about how the system works. Customers cannot have it both ways either TX Twin. I have always thought this forum should be hidden, but thats just me. While I appreciate you trying to mediate things, I'd like to just come out and say that I cannot STAND GSM4ruralareas with a passion because I do not tolerate the level of stupidity he brings to some discussions. Anyway, I'd really like to get back onto topic, kthxbai. |

And, yes, I understand your irritation with some of the members -- but, just as some of the customers come off as immature and irritating at times, so do some of the employees/agents. If you want this forum hidden, the customers should also have a hidden forum, that those subscribing to this forum should not be allowed in and vice versa. [Something I think would be a negative in the long run.] Reading in here has helped me understand some of the responses in the main forum. As far as the bash session against AD -- he brought that on himself, and apparently elsewhere as well. I've said my peace. And will return to the "Open" forum like a good little customer HOFOr. |
