mms setting and bluetooth

help me here..i have 8525 with tmobile provider/ with tzone and unlimited text/ mms...i can get internet but i cannot send or receive mms.....what is the setting on this. can someone guide me step by step..also can you send file or picture or songs through bluetooth. i can receive but i cannot send through bluetooth...can someone guide me to this also..
