What steps do I have to take to obtain a position like that? Does the company offer any type of training. I am an RSC right now. Ive only been with the company for month but i do have prior wireless experience and im pretty data and tech oriented. Its something id like to shoot for within the next year or two if i can.

Go on the mycingular site, you can search for jobs in your area. It'll list the requirements under the job description. That should give you a nudge in the right direction and possibly who to contact if you do want to move up.
