To all of the Authorized AT&T retailers, we are finding that nobody seems to know when we should offically pull the Cingular logo from the front of our windows, vans, business cards, etc...

I have the authorized at&t retailer logo, but is that the one we use on our letter head, business cards, vans, etc ??

We have rebranded our store with the supplied pop stuff, but still have a few items either stuck on the wall or fixtures that say Cingular.

We have talked to our rep, but don't get any good answers. They did post a link in CSP but I can't seem to get it too work.

As soon as you can, that is the answer. If you only have brochures that say Cingular on them right now then keep them. If you have a a Rollover sign that still says Cingular keep it until you call in to get one replaced. We are AT&T this morning but plans and pricing for all intents and purposes are the same. You wouldn't throw out a Cingular branded car chager or a 8525 because it still has the Cingular logo on it would you? If you didn't get the replacement for the brochure sign then you probably want to keep it for information purposes only. To 82.5% of the people we are still Cingular especially since we are still Orange. Hopefully, within the next week or so you'll get all your remanining signage and brochures in.

I'm an authorized retailer and we rebranded our entire store on the 20th. It looked like Christmas in the back cause of all the boxes.

Ditto again on the RAE. If you've got it my suggestion is put it up cause our rebrand date is already past.
