Windows Vista and Communication Manager

Hey everyone -
I have an issue with a customer and her aircard. We got her into the Sierra Wireless AirCard 875, and she has Windows Vista.
The communication manager crashes before it can even load. We can download it and all to the computer however it will not run.
Just wondering if any of you other Agent/COR employees have had this issue before, this is a first for our store.

What version is it?
6.2.1 is the latest version and is supposed to be Vista 64bit compatible.

Since the new version came out I haven't had any issue with vista.

Psst, you should have posted this in the pda data section. Can this be moved there by a mod?
