see attached image it's a screenshot of the error when I sync then go to explore and try to add a file this happens. It can be any files Jpg, wma anything..

Perhaps it's the name of the file. Are you an administrator on your laptop?

It doesn't matter what the file name is. It can be a.jpg or a.mwa and yes i'm admin on my pc.
