I have a Razr V3 and an application that connects with ms sql 2000

Questions:

1.
I am running a application that uses MS SQL 2000 on a MS II server

It is not running (errors-server error) and I would like to see where is the bug, first I'd like to see if my phone is capable of communication with MS SQL 2000 database. I can login and once I start with search of data I get errors.
Is there any 3rd party application that I can use on the phone to test and see if it's capable to work with MS SQL database?

Does anyone know where I can download an emulator for V3?

3.
How do I know which browser on my V3, and can I change it?
