XBM Sync - got full kit, do i return charger and battery?

I just xbm'd my sync because the front lcd cracked inside when i shut it one day and i got a full kit when i received it today.

it was new with a battery, back piece, and charger. i know when i xbm'd previously i only got a bare phone with no back piece or battery and charger. do i send back these pieces with it or do i keep them?

Its up to you. All Cingular requires is you send back the handset.

True. All they want back is the handset. You are supposed to keep the battery/battery cover and charger, manual, etc.

i dont know, usually they just send the phone with no battery or backplate.

this time i got a full kit with battery, charger, and backplate.

If there are no "seed stocks" in stock they will send a full kit.
