Moto V557 & Nokia 6126 over BT

I am trying to transfer files between a Moto V557 & Nokia 6126 over BT. They can see each other in the search and the passcode is accepted. However, when the file transfer starts, I get Failed: Connection Interrupted. This happens both when I send from the Moto to the Nokia & vice-versa. Neither phone has an issue sending to other phones. The 6126 has exchanged files w/a SE, LG, Moto RAZR. The same for the Moto and both can pair w/the my Moto BT headset.. Is there some incompatibility between the phones specifically. These are still branded. Any advice would be appreciated.
