I'm hoping it's just pry the old off with a wedge and attach the replacement. I'm doing it right this time and will install a Martin Fields overlay before installing the new lens. I received the OEM glass lens from an ebay supplier today and replaced the original. Not a difficult task. Used a credit card to pry the old glass lens off the phone and then insured no adhesive remained before installng the new one. The new one came with 3M adhesive on the back and fit perfectly.
I could not get the Martin Fields overlay to fit properly to my liking and opted to cover the glass with a Fellows screen protector. |

why would you pry it off? the nokia 8801 UI Cover (Glass Lens) is all once piece. The glass is permanently part of the metal surrount. if you bought just the actual glass, you got ripped and got a fake.
