Dmobo I-Rock M8 = Haier - Y-MP3190 Elegance

As I'm looking for a back up to my D900. I found the Haier Elegance for sale at Tiger Direct for around $190 and saw that it's exactly the same as the Dmobo M8 Batman phone. Anyways, other than the extra stickers, anyone else know what the difference is. Also any suggestions for a backup phone? Preferably a quad band with MP3 ringtones and/or something I can use whenever I visit the Philippines? Thank you in advance.
