also wut format do videos need to be to be viewable on windows media player?

so i am able to connect and transmit data over GPRS cause the G symbol shows up with arrows going in and out. but when i enter any website it says "the page cannot be found. check the name an try again."
how do i fix this??

Well, first of all your posting a Winows Mobile phone question in the Palm OS forum. You may have better reponse in the WM forums.

You cannot get free internet on your phone...sorry.

Regardless of your OS, Treos do not have the capacity to transmit regular data via the GPRS/GSM/CDMA call radio, as your typical cell phone can. The Treo requires the use of a data connection using the radio. There is no way to bypass this. However, if you just need the result of a Google search, etc., send a SMS message with your query to 466453 (GOOGLE) and it will automatically return some results...and a few other sites have similar SMS interfaces.

Add on Tzones 5.99 a month. Basicaly next to free. i get unlimited wap internet access and its awesome. you will have to configure the settings differently. if you decided this. search for the configs or PM me for settings.
if you speak with customer care, they will tell u that it will not work and you will have to add on the internet plan which is 29.99 but thats bs and just trying to upsell.
