Is there one last hope? Looking for SDA housing and keypad

my SDA is looking pretty homeless and could really benefit from a new housing and is missing 2 of the media keys. I have looked for nearly 3 months for housing and keypads with no luck. Why does HTC make it so hard to get parts for this device? I know that it is discontinued but shouldn't parts still be accessible (its only been off the market for a few months). Thanks
