It's my fiance's phone. We got it when it first came out (October or so I think). Would Cingular/AT&T let us do an exchange, or are we just out of luck?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried turning the phone off, removing the battery and SIM card for a few minutes, and putting them back in?

I tried removing the battery but not the sim card. I'll give that a shot.

If that does not work, then what though?
