video calls

i dont know if this is the right place but i couldnt figure out where to ask this & yes, i did do many searches but too many results came up up without answering my question. i want a phone that has the secondary camera in the front, either vga or cif camera. but i would like to ask if you guys even do video calling. i hasnt taken off as far as to my knowledge but i know it will very soon. my family in overseas all over asia has been using that feature but thats way over there. im here in the us going back and forth from hawaii to the mainland with just a few overseas trips a year. any help would be great, thanks all

as far as I know, video calling hasn't made it here to the US yet
