UTStarcom 8932 software problems

I have BitPim, Qspt, and Brewsky 8900. I did however get a ringtone to go to the phone but would not play.....I have tried all the stickys but with this phone the db section is disabled... If someone has success with putting ringtones on this phone please explain it to me please here or by email. I love the phone but I am going to end up in an insane asylum or trash this phone if I keep going....lol
