Email Dilemma or Software Issue??

I'm having alot of issues with the HTC P4000 since I got it! I couldn't browse online but I could receive and send email and text messaging. Resetting the device solved the browsing issue. I had to reset my email again.
I downloaded business inbox and selected Rogers as my main account. There was also a Rogers account on the "Messaging" tab. I called technical support and they couldn't explain why there was Rogers and Rogers Email on my messaging tree. The rep thinks it's a software issue.
Tonight, I deleted Rogers account from my business inbox. I checked the messaging tab and the "rogers" was gone but there was still Rogers Email on it.
Crap!! Data Solutions reps at Telus don't know much about this pda! The data solutions rep said I could walk into a store and request a swap device. It would take 3 to 4 days for it to arrive at the store and I'll bring in my device. I'm wondering if I should bother?? The data is still under warranty.

The solution to my email dilemma! The email account in business inbox must be different from the one you choose to add in the messaging tab!! My problem was adding it in two different locations and after many calls to data solutions and investigations on my own.
