I have a RAZR V3C, and completely randomly the soft keys under the LCD as well as the 1 and 3 keys stop responding. I can't figure out if it's software or hardware... One moment they'll be working, then they'll stop. I'll come back in a few hours and then they'll be fine again! Also, when this happens the camera messes up: the image gets bright and over saturated near the fringes of an object... Everything else works fine.
Power cycling / removing the battery for extended periods of time doesn't fix this, nor does wiggling the keypad or squeezing the phone together, which makes me think it's perhaps software.
Anyone have any ideas..

If the phone hasn't gotten wet, start with the software. Since there are multiple intermittent problems, software is very likely the fix.

RAZR keypad failure almost always caused by (duh duh duh) moisture damage.

Oxidation or Liquid damage - if your keypad trace was burnt it would never work not intermittant

Hasn't worked for the last few days... I think I'll take the phone apart and check everything. If that doesn't work, take it back to Bell for a re-flash.
