Hi ...
I recently purchased a used razr..
One problem ..It is password locked with a security code...and the seller can't remember the code...is there a way to reset the memory (short the memory battery ) or an internal reset pin or button ....or some other way to bring it back to orig..settings.....
My main problem is, it is in "call forward if unavailable" mode...forwarded to a disconnected number ..and I cant turn the call forward off , or change the forward number...when I try to do a master reset it asks for the code...
Please can anyone help.....Thanks...Greg

well, the default security code is 000000. if it has been reset, you can download a P2K program such as P2KTools 0.8.6 (you first need to install the P2K drivers pack) and you will need a data cable and then the current security code can be read.

thanks.... 000000 was the code.....but ...it seems thats not the problem...
the D@%# phone still won't let me change the "call forward" mode...
And I can't get to the voicemail setup.....must be me....

call forwarding is set at the network switch, not in your phone.

You can change your call forwarding using the menus or the * codes
