Cingular V3xx and P2k? HELP!!!

Hmmmm, I thought I had everything good to go after struggling with loading drivers to get P2K Commander working. However, today I have a new problem. I just installed P2KTools VS (version 3.0.3.435) but can not get "Connected".

Looking at Device Manager I see an entry for:

Motorola USB Device
- Data Logging MCU Interface
- Test Command Interface

Why is it that "Accessories Interface" in not in the driver list per the Get Connected guide on Modmymoto.com?

When I startup P2KTools the main windows pops up but then a warning window pops up on top of the main window and says:

"Access violation at address 0000003C. Read of Address 0000003C."

I click "OK" on the warning window to make it go away. However, P2KTools still says I'm DISCONNECTED.

NOTE: P2k Commander is still working fine. Also, I've tried to get P2kMan working but have problems with that too. While P2kMan say I'm connected...I click on "Update list" but I get the following feedback:

Receiving file list...USB: IO Time-out!
CMD: Data write fail!
Fail!

Are these programs appropriate for a Cingular branded V3xx? Where did I screw up this time?

I was under the impression that nothing but the new versions of p2kcommander would work with the V3xx....So that could be your problem with p2ktools and p2kman! lol
