Telus Mobility Phones Suck

never buy a telus mobility phone....you will be disappointed!

their management are rotten to the core......thieves

their customer service ???well they are a bunch of cowards and thieves.....

So from what im reading here.... their customer service sucks. Which means maybe "never sign on contract" with Telus.

I'm sure all their phones work perfectly fine.

1. Early cancellation fee is not capped at $250 like Rogers, so if you want out (like me after just 2 months), you would have to shell out $700 +
2. Worst reception I have ever experienced. Everybody said my voice sounded weird, sort of like a robot. Conversations would constantly be cut off in and out.

I have to agree about the service. I was a long time MTS subscriber in Manitoba. I was relatively happy, but at the time I switched about 3 years ago, Telus' rate plans were very aggressively priced. I had to try it out. The service has been great. Telus has been nothing short of professional. When it came time to get a phone for my wife I passed my old phone and plan to her, and I thought I would venture and try out Rogers. The dealer network I dealt with (airsource) was awful! I was having problems with the phone, and service and was getting nothing short of static from the dealer. So, I started dealing on the phone with Rogers. I have to say that their service was great too. However, as I work in retail, I understand the concept of loyalty and service. I was able to wiggle out of my contract with Rogers as I wasn't satisfied, and I opened a second Telus account. The service continues to impress. I just wish they had better phones. Rogers and GSM seems to have more selection, and the better phones first. Just my two cents.

5000% TOTALL AGREE! Bell is THE WORST! Even their Bell World Reps... Even when getting new service, they're jerks...
