Alright here is my deal.... I got a 2nd hand phone (Razr) asked me a subsidy password and i thought 0000000 or whatever was the pass 2nd thing was i entered all the guys codes now it tells me to contact service provider how can i get my phone 1) To work 2) Work with my fido Sim card

the subsidy password is not the same as the security code or lock code. It means the phone is locked to a different provider that your sim. if you know the guy, ask him to call his provider as if he is still using the phone and see if his provider will give him the code. otherwise, check the marketplace here for a third party unlocker

if u leave it on for 1 hour, the contact service provider message will go away and go back to the "enter subsidy password" screen, but be sure not to enter/guess an incorrect password too many times again otherwise it will make u wait an hour.

if you do not know the subsidy code, dont bother guessing, there are people you are suppost to pay who can give you this code then you can use your pink razor on fido
