Blackjack won't connect

Here is my latest issue. I'll try to get on the internet from time to time and every once in a while I won't be able to connect. As it turns out my Blackjack drops the "CINGULAR1" password and which, in turn, will not allow me to connect to the internet. Why does this happen and what can I do to correct it?
