Hi there

Just picked up my boxed Tytn from the local dealer and while I was putting in the battery i noticed that the sticker on the battery has a bunch of red dots on a white background and the sticker inside the unit has two thin red lines and the word 'void' on it on a white background. Should I be taking this thing back ASAP?

i completely agree, if the stickers are damaged then you should definetly take them back... and try to get your money back or try and get a new one... for furture reference you should open the tytn right in front of the rep and make sure everything is alright before you take it out of the store

Dang. That's what I thought. This is just going to be one giant hassle.

Well hang on, you did not say the sticker is damaged or that the dots are washed out. It sounds like yours is perfectly normal. The void sticker is in tact and you have clear red dots on a white background - that's as it should be.
