I just purchased this phone and well, as many had problems with I am dealing with Audio. I already downloaded the AAC coder and pasted the .cab file in the phone, though how do I run it? It says open with the application.

You are having problems opening the AAC plugin or TCPMP? Either way, just click on the .cab file on your phone and it will open and install the program on your device.

Finally got it to install. But after setting pre-amp to 100 and equalizer max, is there any way to make it louder?

You should just be able to keep clicking "Options"-> "Audio"-> "Preamp Increase" over and over and over until you get it to the volume you want.
