URGENT! Check Your MyComp Regarding NBI Accounts!!

Yesterday a co-worker of mine checked his mycomp and saw he had gotten charged back for a bunch of features. But when he went to the accounts, none of the features had been flipped...They were still there! After some research he saw that ALL of them were on business accounts that were converted to NBI on the 5/21 weekend....When we couldn't alter business accounts at all remember?

So just a warning, check ANY business accounts that you have added features to within the last 6 months in MyComp. Chances are, you were charged back when the change happened. Oh and charged back at 85% so even if u just delete and add it back on, you've STILL lost money....

We basically got robbed and something needs to be done about it

It should be ok, I got an email saying it was a mistake and being fixed

I did notice that several of our accounts got switched to Business (and now have a NEW BAN # starting with an "8" instead of a "6"), but I haven't noticed any chargebacks yet...YET.

NBI accounts tick me off. I can't deal with them in Telegence. OPUS is my only option, which isn't near as good.
