Why when I click yes to update the software it does nothing?????

you may want to bring your phone into a service center and explane this to them
you can also call CS and tell them this and they should be able to force the update to your phone

just get transfered a bunch of times untill someone knows what to do. May want to take a day out for this one
also might want to bruch up on any other language you know cause your bound to talk to a lot of non english people in your travel to update land

I posted this in the Nextel forum and didn't get much of a response besides to call CS. Is anyone having issues with getting texts from Verizon or T-Mobile? Cause i am and hoave no idea why. SprintNextel CS thinks its the other companies but i used to have a regular Sprint phone and never had issues with getting texts before.
