for some reason my dash just stop showing my storage card i turned off and on but still wont locate it what else can i do??

Try it in another device/card reader (with adapter).

test out the card with a reader first or in another phone if it works there and not anywhere else the you have a card problem. if the card works there and not in your phone then try to clean the slot that the card goes into with a can of compressed air.

common problem i've read about and experienced with this phone. I usually open file explorer and keep trying to reinsert the chip until i see it come back. its very annoying, but i've yet to see a proper fix for this. hope that helps.
