Transferring Favorites on a BJ?

Can I save my IE favorites to my storage card? I have a lot categorized in sub folders. I'd like to just save the whole Favorites folder if I can without having to save every individual link. I'd like to have them on my storage card as well for times when I may switch phones. Also, where's the contact database? Is there one file that I can save to my storage card also? I'd like to keep backups of all of this key stuff on my storage card just on case.
