Can I get rid of some of this crap and organize the stuff I want to keep in the order I want? If I can't delete the stuff I don't want at least I can move it to the end hopefully. Also, the horizontal list of recent apps on the top of my homescreen (whatever that is called). Can I make it have the apps that I use most just stick there for quick access?

You need to application unlock the device before you can start moving/deleting from the start menu. Google "SDA Application unlocker". Some of the Cingular stuff i was never able to delete, but I moved it all to a folder at the end of the list. Got the start menu down from 4 pages to 1. Any shortcuts you have made for items that you move will most likely have to be deleted and redone. None of mine would work after moving stuff.

I haven't found a way yet to put certain icons in quick launch. Not sure it can be done.
