Any themes on the E61/E61i CD that came with the phone?

Please? All the third party themes i've tried have screwed up signal and battery icons that aren't clear like the default Nokia and Dots themes. Really frustrating. With that said, usually there are some themes on the CD and I don't have it with me. Anybody wanna hook it up?
