V3xx keeps reseting

I just got my V3xx in the mail today. Its on cingular. The problem is everytime i make or receive a phone call, about 30 seconds in i lose the call and the phone resets. It doesnt totally shut down, but the screen goes out, then comes back white and then finds the network again. I checked the battery, but i dont think thats it because it only happens during phone calls and it doesnt turn totally off. Is there anything I can do, or do I just have to wait for cingular to open on monday and get another phone.

just exchange it, its the simplest move to make.

I had something similar happen.

It was MMC card related. Removing or formatting the card solved the problem.

It sound like you may have corrupted FDI code - software flash should clear this up - but if you just recieved then exchange it.
