tmobile pearl with cingular...data connec. refused?

So I unlocked a pearl, tmobile and now I'm using it with cingular. I added the data plan today and it won't show me a browser or even a connection?... so now I see it says data connection refused. Any advice,? What do I do?

The BlackBerry Data Plan has not be added to the account (yet). Call Cingular CS. Once it is activated, the Data Connection Refused will disappear and the Borwser will appear.

Make sure you have a Blackberry dataplan.
