My questions is simply, are they w800 buttons the right size to work on my w810i and how much work is involved with replacing all of them (volume, power, play/pause)?

if the keypad flex connector is in the same place and the same
size on the 800 as it is on the 810 then you'll need an 800
front, an 800 keypad flex and chair and the 800 keypad.

Bear in mind the 810 has 2 extra keys on the top row that the
800 doesn't.

i was actually just thinking of replacing the play/pause, power, and volume buttons. will those fit ok?

you know wat i would do...take the whole middle section of the w800 and put it on the w810 it would looks awsome =D i dunno if the front faceplate fits tho try if u want...

a mod like tat would require u to take the whole phone apart and switch the buttons

heres a guide dunt follow it exactly u do not need to take everyhting apart lolz just enough so u can take the buttons off and put new ones back in...
