L6 won't charge from USB when dead. Help!

Hi, I have a Motorola L6. It recently ran out of battery pretty much completely and now it won't charge from USB.

I don't have a charger with me, and this is a major pain. Is there any way to make this work? A setting on the phone, some way of boosting the USB power, charging the battery just enough to get it to work off a charger from another device (like hotwiring it off a camera lithium battery charger...)

I just need to get enough juice into the thing for it to get the rest of the way off the USB...

no motorolas will charge from a usb cable when completely dead. The little leaflet insert that comes with the booklet clearly states that, thats why they included it in there for people who ask this question. Now the charger, on the other hand, is what is designed to charge a phone from complete dead. USB cables get power from the computer so its obviuosly not gonna have any electronics in it to do all the guesswork your charger does.
