Syncing a V710 with ActiveSync or iSync

Is it possible to transfer *ALL* the stored information on my V710 (inbox text messages, address book entries, photos, and movies) to my Mac or PC via Bluetooth? Please advise or send me a link with instructions. I've unsuccessfully been able to do this with BlueTooth or ActiveSync or iSync. I'll even go buy a USB cable if someone could confirm that it's 100% possible. I bought a new phone yesterday (Blackberry Pearl) and switched my carrier from Verizon to Tmobile. I just wish there was a way to transfer all this stuff directly to the new phone.

Please advise.

BitPim (freeware from BitPim.ORG) will help you get the Phonebook, calendar, pictures, videos, ring tones, and SMS messages to your Computer...

HOWEVER since you have a Verizon V710... You have to use a USB cable, you can not do it via Bluetooth.

BUT I don't think getting SMS messages onto the Pearl will be possible.

There were some older threads in the Verizon/Moto section about using the Verizon V710 with a Mac... but you'll have to search...

Is there something besides BitPim? Not to complain about something that was free, but BitPim is garbage. Neither the Mac nor PC version work with my phone. When trying to connect, it constantly says nothing was detected!

I'd still like to get these pix and texts off of my phone before I sell it on eBay. Please help.

Moto Phone Tools... Its a windows app, and free...

BUT To get the pix off using MPT, if your V710 is from Verizon (sorry, I can't tell because you didn't fill your profile in) you'd have to hack your phone first....

What USB cable do you have? Is it a REAL moto cable? or something else? (does it have any p/n on it?) and when using Windows (sorry I dont have a Mac), did your phone show as Moto USB Modem in device Manager?
