Want to bring order

I was wondering if there was a way that I could get my folders to setup in alphabetic order as well as my app, on the main page?
I find it strange that I cant find out how to.
I have folders and apps all over the place right now and want to bring some kind of order to them.

Is there no app out there for the P990i that can get the folders to appear first and the app to be in alphabetic order?
