Just wanted to know if ERP plan is automatically caceled if that employee leaves or quits the company. I use to work for Sprint before working for AT&T and used sprint employee plan for 3 years after I left the company.

5 days after you leave it is canceled if you do not convert it to a consumer plan. go to HR portal, to manager information and you will find it in the pdf's there.

It's your manager that actually cancels it, and it's their call as to whether they're just axed or converted to consumer plans.

I've known a few people that if they don't contact the manager they just put them on a $19.99 rate plan for like 50 minutes and drop all the other goodies like the 5 MBs of data and txting package.
