New Unlocked v3 keeps dropping calls.

Hey guys, bought my girlfriend a pink razr a few weeks back for her birthday*(its what she wanted). My/her problem is, sometimes/most of the time, the phone will just drop the current call. It is VERY annoying. She is on Rogers, and I really want to fix this for her.

Please help!!!!!!!!

edit** She is on rogers, and when this happens, she usually has all bars of reception. I don't know what to do for her!

try reflashing ,or flash it with a different monsterpack

how do I flash the phone. Do I need the transfer cable? I never used a motorola before, SE I am great with but with moto I am lost ,
