Razr software question

Ok, I'm not sure if anything can even be done. I have a sprint razr v3m. The red one. I just got it. It doesn't have the music player on it. Whenever I click to launch the music player, it just says error: content is not on this device. That is all it will do. Loops me back through a thing that says get content. I am assuming the music player itself is either corrupt, or possibly not even loaded. Is there a way I can load that on there myself, either through flashing the phone, re-loading firmware, or anything of the sort. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
