Locked my v525 with a bad monsterpack

I locked my phone with a bad monstepack.Now any monsterpack for v525 i flash it has no effect,i get the same screen Contact service provider,and in the bootloader section now it displays PROVIDER with blue letters,how can i discharge of this provider?do i need to downgrade the bootloader?????

it;s done with p2k easy tool 3.9.
