okay guys, i really need your opinion and feedback on this... i had my eyes set on the hbh-60 for awhile now, and i really love the way it looks, but i heard the bluespoon was better, only thing about bluespoon is i don't really like how it looks... but compare the two in terms of features and voice quality and stuff, are they almost the same? i really would like to use the headset while driving, thats what its mainly for, since i do a lot of talkin on the phone, a headset is a necessity for me... so what do you guys think, help me come to a conclusion please so i can go out and purchase one...

by the way whats the cheapest place i can get the HBH-60 for in the US? and what does the HBH-60 come with? a case, and car charger or no?

I would suggest the bluespoon digital. Some people are complaining that the HBH-60 has some echo problems. Also the Bluespoon Digital has uses dsp algorithms to perform noise cancelation (very useful while driving engine noise, wind etc) which I think the HBH-60 lacks. But then the Bluespoon Digital isnt out yet and it is more then twice the price of a hbh-60 so it depends on how much you are willing to spend and how long you are willing to wait. The ETA on the Bluespoon Digital is end of April. As you may have noticed. We have a beta test group (thanks to Mark (BengalBoy)) to test the Bluespoon Digital so if you wait we can probably give you a more accurate review of it.

There's a mobile phone shop a couple doors down from Ocean Palace off of Westheimer I believe...I forgot the other street name but they usually carry stuff way before everybody else does in Houston... Last time I was down there, they had tons of goodies.

I've seen the bluespoon but not the hbh-60...the SE headset looks real cool though but I've heard many people complain about it. I'm still waiting.

I've had the HBH-60 for several weeks now, and only have two complaints:

1) No low-battery (or critical battery) beep or warning of any kind. It lets you know that it's out of juice by suddenly shutting off during a conversation. This isn't a super-critical issue, as the phone will keep the conversation active, but it's certainly annoying.

2) When the headset runs completely out of battery power, it looses all pairing information. The next time you want to use the headset, you must re-pair it with the P800. Very, very annoying.

Otherwise, this is an excellent headset. No echo problems, aside from the standard GSM echo that we are all familiar with. Adequate battery life, great voice quality (on both ends), great size, super light weight.

Just don't kill the battery...

I have the HBH-60 and only find it useful when I'm in a quiet environment (empty room and VW Jetta driving in streets, not highway). In a cafe with a fair amount of 'buzz', people find it hard to hear me, I find I need to press the earpiece into my ear to hear them clearly, and voice dialing is completely useless. Same thing for highway driving, but not quite as bad.

Regarding voice dialiing, it's only 50% accurate even when I'm in a fairly quiet space.

Very frustrating. I started using the wired headphones that came with the p800, and it's been so refreshing to hear people clearly, and have voice dialing work 100%. But I hate those wires!!

Hoping Bluespoon Digital or some other future product will be better....

agree...this is also the problem I found.

I also use till the battery runs out flat but never looses the pairing info. after u re-charge the headset, it will run smooth.

thanks
